These terms govern the use of the BM Mobils website and the purchase of products. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Orders and prices

All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel orders due to lack of stock.

2. Payment

We accept card, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are indicative. See Shipping & Returns.

4. Withdrawal

You have 15 days to return your purchase under our returns policy.

5. Warranty

See the warranty and repair-service terms listed on each product.

6. Repairs

Repair quotes are non-binding. Repair warranty covers 3 months on the replaced part.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
