These terms and conditions govern the use of the BM Mobils website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you accept these conditions.

1. Orders and prices

All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and to cancel orders in case of obvious error or lack of stock.

2. Payment

We accept card, PayPal, Bizum and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are indicative. See our Shipping & Returns page.

4. Withdrawal and returns

You have 60 days to return your purchase under the conditions described in our returns policy.

5. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's legal warranty.

6. Liability

BM Mobils is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products.

7. Governing law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
