We ship across Spain in 24-72 working hours.
- Orders placed before 5 pm (Mon-Fri) are prepared the same day.
- Typical delivery in 24-48 working hours.
- In-store pickup (Castellbisbal).
- Tracking available from My account → Orders.
Returns
You have 15 days from delivery to return your purchase. The product must include all accessories and be in good condition.
How to return
- Log in to My account and open the order.
- Request the return or contact us.
- We'll tell you how to ship it, or you can bring it to the store.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the product.
Warranty
If something fails, we handle it in our own repair service.
